Our 14-acre historic farm property is the perfect spot for your next function. Conveniently located just minutes away from I-40 and the amenities of South Durham, our property is nestled away on a beautiful & scenic stretch of North Carolina Highway 751.

Featuring rolling hills, serene trees, rows of native Muscadine grapes, charming buildings & a tranquil pond with fountain, The Vineyard at Old Mill Farm is a gem waiting to be found.

rental rates

Rates vary depending on the date, duration, size, and season of your function.

​

Rentals include the venue as-is, as well as a staff person to help coordinate parking & venue-specific logistics. Base rental rates (does not include beverage/additional add-ons,) as of January 1, 2023 are as follows:

​

Small-Tier (up to 50 guests)

  • Half day (up to six hours) - $850

  • Full day (6+ hour rental) - $1500

  • By the hour (2 hour minimum) - $350

​

Mid-Tier (up to 125 guests)

  • Half day (up to six hours) - $1,050

  • Full day (6+ hour rental) - $1900

  • By the hour (2 hour minimum) - $400

​

Large-Tier (up to 250 guests)​

  • Half day (up to six hours) -$1400

  • Full day (6+ hour rental) - $2500

  • By the hour (2 hour minimum) - $500

Please note that all final rental quotes may be subject to additional fees depending on factors such as anticipated venue usage/traffic, expected attendance, and vendor participation.
